Nestled within the eastern fringe of the Ruhr area, the reconstructed "Dependance" offers a unique blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. My stay was a delightful fusion of history and contemporary flair, reminiscent of a scene from Downton Abbey in a serene countryside setting. The greenery surrounding the former stables provided a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding.Exploring the nearby Lindenbrauerei and the Centre for Light Art was a cultural treat. The area around Unna, especially along Haarstrang and Sauerland, is ideal for leisurely bike rides amidst nature. The well-maintained rooms, coupled with ample parking facilities and accommodating staff, ensured a pleasant stay. An oasis of tranquility with a touch of history, perfect for a serene getaway.
